Health Optimization Plan

Effective, affordable, and personalized. The six-month Health Optimization Plan is the cornerstone of wellness and performance. Our precision MD and health coach will support you throughout your membership. Most patients experience noticeable improvements in how they feel within weeks, and lab results typically show enhanced metabolic health within three months.

Body Composition DEXA scan: You can’t fix what you don’t measure. A DEXA body composition scan shows exactly how much muscle, fat, and bone you have so you can target what really matters.
Personalized Support: Eight MD consultations, unlimited sessions with a certified health coach, and ongoing MD email and text support.
VO2 Max Testing: This is the single most valuable test for assessing your health, and it is a total game changer for leveling up athletic performance. This test provides you with crucial information about your fitness, heart and lung health and metabolic function. This includes lactate threshold, carb and fat burning analysis, heart rate zones for exercise, and detailed advice on how to improve your numbers. If you have a wearable that estimates your VO2 max, we will compare its accuracy to our gold standard testing and calibrate it for you. This is performed both at the beginning and at the end of the 6-month program.
Sleep Testing: Many people track their sleep at home with wearables. But wearables such as Oura, Whoop, and the Apple Watch are only about 60% accurate on sleep staging! Because good sleep is a cornerstone of daily performance and long-term health, we conduct a medical grade home sleep study to ensure you are getting the healthiest, most restful sleep you can.
Rise Strength and Mobility Assessment: To make real progress, you need more than a generic workout—you need to know exactly where your body stands. Our assessment identifies your strengths, weaknesses, and movement patterns, giving you a clear benchmark and a personalized roadmap. This allows us to design a targeted program that helps you reach your health and performance goals more efficiently and with less wasted time.

The data and accountability you need to keep crushing your goals. This advanced program is built for those who have completed one of our foundational programs and would benefit from the added insights and accountability to sustain—and amplify—their progress.

Four key tests every year: We will closely track your progress on the tests that actually matter for your future health: VO₂ max, strength & mobility, DEXA scan, and comprehensive deep dive labs.
Quarterly guidance. Every quarter, you’ll meet with a precision-trained MD to assess and update your exercise, nutrition, supplementation, and medication strategy. You’ll also get personalized projections for your long-term healthspan and performance trajectory.
Unlimited support: You will always have access to your MD during business hours every day to answer questions and provide guidance.
