Join the Food and Fitness Challenge!

If a person wants to make a major improvement in their health in just one month -for only $155 - I have a simple suggestion: do what I did and join the Erica’s Edge Food & Fitness Challenge (FFC). Most people feel great during the challenge and typically lose from 1 to 6% body fat. You would be amazed what 5 short weeks of clean living and exercise can do to how you feel every day!

Erica’s Edge is a local, Colorado business owned by Erica Giovanazzo. She is a registered dietician nutritionist and personal trainer. I have a number of patients who work with Erica and they get outstanding results! Her Food & Fitness Challenge is a five week program that is a great way to improve your body composition, energy, and health. You’ll get personalized nutrition goals from Erica, webinars / videos to get you through each day, and helpful tips and education. 

Technically, the current FFC prep week started Sunday, April 14th, but this first week is primarily spent learning some key nutritional concepts and getting personalized macronutrient and hydration recommendations from Erica. The FFC is a Challenge, but it alsoindirectly ends up being a nutrition course because you learn so much. With daily video/emails and regular posts in the group’s community app, you will walk away from this not only healthier, looking better, and more fit, but you also gain a lot of knowledge about why and how nutrition, fitness, and the mind work the way they do.
