You’re Doing the Work. But What If You’re Missing the Data That Matters Most?
You’re working out. You’re trying to eat well. Maybe you’re taking supplements, tracking your sleep, listening to podcasts, and paying attention to your health. But are you actually getting the results you want? Are you actually getting fitter and stronger? Better energy, mood, and mental focus? Are key lab markers in the optimal range for performance and longevity?
For many of the people we see at Rise, the problem isn’t effort.
The problem is usually looking at the wrong information.
Traditional healthcare often tells you whether you are sick. The wellness world gives you an overwhelming amount of advice about what has worked for some people or people in general. There is a vastly more effective approach.
Measure what actually matters most for you personally.
You can’t level up if you don’t know what is holding you back. At Rise Precision Medicine, we use objective testing to uncover the risks and opportunities that matter most—then turn that data into a personalized plan to improve performance, extend healthspan, and maximize the return on the time, money and effort you invest in your health.
Depending on the person, that can include:
Deep-dive laboratory testing — including markers such as ApoB, Lp(a), insulin, hormones, inflammatory markers and other data often missing from routine testing.
Genetic analysis — to better understand inherited risks and opportunities.
DEXA body-composition testing — because weight alone tells us very little about muscle, fat and bone.
VO₂ max and metabolic testing — to objectively measure cardiorespiratory fitness as well as the stronger and weaker systems (heart, lungs, muscular endurance, metabolic health) so that you maximize the efficiency of your training.
Strength and mobility assessment — because maintaining muscle, strength and function is fundamental to performance and longevity.
Advanced Sleep testing — wearables are horrible at providing accurate sleep stage data, and sleep issues are more common in Colorado because of the elevation; we need accurate sleep data because poor sleep can undermine everything else you are trying to improve.
The goal isn't to collect more data for the sake of collecting data. The goal is to find the data that changes what you do next. We take those insights and turn them into a physician-driven plan designed around your body, your goals and your risks.
No cookie-cutter protocols. No chasing every new wellness trend. No wondering which lab value matters or what you're supposed to do about it.
Personalized. Actionable. Data-driven. High impact.
If you are putting in the work but aren't getting the results you think you should be getting, it is time to stop guessing.
